After a friend had $600 from his e-gold account hacked,I started using metropipe tunneler ,which is an anonymizing software .My ISP didn't complain, but some payment processors seemed to have problem with the software because it has a finite set of IP addresses and when using the software ,it assigns the same IP addresses to several computers. This makes it difficult for the payment processors to track the IPs when there is a faulty transaction. That's why I had to do away with it.What I'd like to know is can ISPs know the credit card numbers when we use it at a site with 128 bit encryption ?
