There is a possibility that any information sent over the internet can be read by anyone else on the way. However for your ISP to have software to illegally intrude on your personal information is HIGHLY unlikely. 128 bit encryption is quite reliable (it depends on the algorithm used in each case), so that helps also. I don't think you have much to worry about, if you get hacked then chances are, the person before you and the person after you did also and it would depend on the user at that time and not specifically you.
