I can't wait for Time-Warner to take over Adelphia sometime this July in my area. Adelphia in my area still subscribes to what I call the "Rigas Reaction". The Rigas Reaction is the standardized Adelphia lies which are as follows:
- Lie to them and tell them it is their equipment!
- Lie to them and tell customer there isn't any service problem in your area!
- We are in negotiations to get the channel added. (Another lie of course).
It is my understanding that Time-Warner offers many analog channels in digital format from channels 100 on. In addition, I heard that the company offers digital phone service as well as a host of On-Demand channels.
The sooner the better for me!
