I hope this is okay since everyone with cable internet or phone probably also has cable TV. Recently, one of our chanels has started having shadows. What I mean by that is you see a person or object as kind of having a halo effect around them like their image has been imposed again only very lightly, does that make sense to anyone? Kind of double exposed I guess. So anyway, would that be the fault of the cable company, or the network, or my TV? It only happens on one channel.
