Default Would you ever go back to dial-up?

I know someone who runs a website, a pretty big website in fact. And his only internet connection is through dialup. He lives in an extremely rural area where cable and dsl are not yet available. I'm surprised he at least has a phone. I can't imagine trying to run a website with only dial-up. There's too much involved, too many things that need to be downloaded, etc. Yet he manages. Which made me think of this question... if you moved to an area where broadband was not available, would you go back to dial-up, or would you rather just give up the internet all together? I think I'd go back to dial-up, but I wouldn't like it very much. You'd probably find me in town a lot at an internet cafe or at the library or something using their high-speed connection. Assuming town wasn't too far away.
