Okay, this may be petty, but it really, really irritates me when I call Verizon for tech support because I can't get online, and while I am on hold, after identifying my problem as a connectivity issue, this overly cheerful female voice comes on and announces that many problems can be solved by going to their website. Duh! If I have connectivity issues, I can't exactly get to their website now, can I?
