Sad thing is, it's a pre-recorded thing. You don't speak to a human at Verizon until you go through their whole voice recognition menu system. You'd think if they have the technology to use voice recognition and even solve some problems without ever involving a living, breathing human being, they'd have the technology (and brains) to realize that if you are having connectivity issues, you can't get online help!
