I absolutely hate the number menus. "If you're calling from a touch-tone phone press 1 now". "For English, press 1". Then when they actually get to the choices for your problem, you scratch your head and try to figure out which category you fall into. It's a big old pain in the butt. I just wish somebody would pick up the phone and say "Hello?". Would that be cool or what?
