I am with all of you. I HATE the number menus, it drives me buggy to listen to all their ads and announcements (especially nonsense ones like the one mentioned at the beginning of this thread), and I would LOVE to talk to a real person who spoke my language well enough that we could really communicate. Every so often, I get that kind of service, and it totally makes my day. But maybe I am just old-fashioned to expect it.
