Default AT&T High Speed Internet
AT&T high speed internet savings? So AT&T is offering high speed internet for $12.99 a month with a 1 year contract which comes to $155.88 a year. DSLdealfinder.com is offering the same AT&T high speed internet service for $16.99 a month with a $60 rebate which makes it cheaper ($143.88).

Does anyone know if there any installation/setup fees which make one the better value over the other?
