Voice menus are the worst
I have two very small children who are constantly making some sort of noise. It can take several minutes just to get past one stupid question on the voice menu. It seems that the uber modern technology can't tell the difference between my voice saying "yes" or "no" and a toddler crying because her big brother took her toy (or whatever miscellaneous drama is going on between the two of them)! I was having a issues not long ago with my phone service, and honestly, it was extremely frustrating because I had to repeat the same questions over and over.
