Sometimes if you just mouse over the hyperlink, the actual URL will show down in the lower left corner of the window. For example, if you mouse over the word CALENDAR in the menu bar above, you'll see the url
http://forums.broadbandinfo.com/calendar.php down in the lower left. If you mouse over the the word PETS (in your example) and see playboypets.wz.info/a;slkfjkad)(232 you'll know not to click the PETS hyperlink.
