It's not always the network. We had a bad channel. Funny thing was, it was only bad on the bedroom TV. It was fine in the front room and kitchen. We called the cable company and found out that the original installer hadn't done the cable connection correctly and it wasn't sending a strong enough signal. I'm not sure why that would only affect one channel, but it did. Once they ran a new cable, the picture cleared up.
