Had the same problem years back with comcast. Then you had to run your own calbe after the main installor or pay for the extra work. So, hubby did it himself. Hubby really did a poor job of it. Results were that only one TV had good viewing.
I took it upon myself to replace all the cheap connectors he used and the problems cleared right up. YAY ME. ANd they say women are dumb! Jeez!
