After numerous phone calls to incompetant customer service agents, who just kept cancelling my order or hanging up on me, I contacted DSL Executive offices and finally got my DSL installed. Totally unacceptable!
The base issue was that I had a DAML removed and ATT couldn't figure out how to update the database.
Only took two months....
I dread the day I have a technical issue or link failure. I never want to talk to those dummies again!
