I can't wait for Time-Warner to take over Adelphia sometime this July in my area. Adelphia in my area still subscribes to what I call the "Rigas Reaction". The Rigas Reaction is the standardized Adelphia lies which are as follows:
It is my understanding that Time-Warner offers many analog channels in digital format from channels 100 on. In addition, I heard that the company offers digital phone service as well as a host of On-Demand channels. The sooner the better for me! |

I used to have Adelphia (when I lived in Colorado), and I was pretty satisfied with their service. I used their internet and cable packages. I never once had an outtage or downtime. However, I'm sure that different areas have different services. As for the merger......doesn't make a difference to me.

I thought that maybe with the takeover of Adelphia's system by Time Warner that they would take care of the maintenance that was badly needed on the system. I subscribe to Broadcast Basic, which is the minimal amount of channels on regular (non-digital)cable. In the past, I had asked the Adelphia technician about poor reception problems with certain channels on the system.
