Constant disconnecting

Well, I'm in quite a predicament. Recently my DSL connection has been constantly stopping every other second. The modem isn't exactly disconnecting, just the internet is stopping... My speed hasn't changed, its just that the internet stops every other second. It's like that for every computer on my network right now. I tried resetting the modem, running virus scans on all 3 computers, etc. but nothing seems to be working. If anyone could help me out, that'd be great, kinda gets annoying constantly reloading pages, not being able to use youtube, can't use instant messenger, and not being able to play online games.
