Issue accessing different URL's<---please help!!!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!! I run Yahoo Buiness Class DSL...unfortunately. For a constant period of time we have not been able to connect to certain sites, such as weather.com, oprah.com, eddiebauer.com, hhhiatt.com, there is a time out and i am unable to ping the sites. Coming off the DSL the line goes directly the modem to a wireless router then through a 8 port Dell hub. I'm not used to the dynamic settings behind the Yahoo DSL, but i have pinged off of each device everything up until the modem to try and get a respose to those sites, always times out.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP....ANY IDEAS....Bout to get a new router hub combo.

I've been having the same problem since Memorial Day. Checked with ATT, microsoft, and Dell. I've spent over 45 hours working on this and no resolution yet. ATT denies problem and Dell finally said it was hardware.
Last night a tech installed a new motherboard and the problem still exists.

I can't even reach Dell.com. Same thing, can reach some websites (even secure ones) but not general ones like USA Today. Something is "timing out" but I haven't found any answers yet.
