SBC YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE

[Unsatisfied Customer]

I have been a customer to SBC Yahoo for the past two years after a four year service with Charter. For the first time in the past 2 years of service I came upon a problem with my connection with SBC Yahoo. So I did what anyone would do and call customer support. They tried to help me with my connection issue. I called multiple times to after and tried to explain to them what past helpers did but failed to acknowledge my voice and continued to feed me what the past helpers told me. So if you are currently wondering what internet service to get, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET SBC YAHOO if you want customer service, if you enjoy to have no one helping you then sbc yahoo will be that friend that ask for money and never do anything to help you.
