Server Reset/unable to download

This ATT/YAHOO SUCKS!!!! I have been calling customer support since June 2006 to complain about not being able to download files bigger than 2 MB because I keep getting that bloody error message: CONNECTION TO THE SERVER RESET. In addition, my session always expires and then when I try to attach a document it takes 2-3 minutes to scan and then I click send and it says page not available, so I click the back button only to find that my attachments have problems so I have to reattach them go through the same crap all over again...

Technical Support said it is their server and they've been having problems since May of last year, so I asked for credit and they said they won't credit me because I can still access the Internet!!!!!!!!!!! If I change services and go to Cable I have to use Adelphia and my brother said they suck as well...

So what does anybody recommend?

Yes, we have Adelphia and Time Warner here and they both suck!!! You'd think that in the LA area that we would have some decent DSL, unfortunately we don't.
