A ton of people I know are having issues right now, since the switch from BellSouth to AT&T. I have had three people I know tell me the same thing "My router broke and they are sending me a new one", this happened right when the take over did..........coincidence?

No it isn't a coincidence, i've had some friends complain to me about the same thing. Seems like these "transitions" never go well, despite what companies would like you to believe. Oh yeah, a seamless turn-over alright!

It seems almost like ISP's work like Construction works do - taking forever and a day. I seriously do not pay close to 100/month for crap service. And by the way, Charter is not that much better than BS.

I have them too.
Seems like they are more trouble than they are worth. I hate having to pay for something that I may only get my full service if there is a full moon out (about how often it works proper). It is always disconnecting, or just wont connect. I have had two rep's out here so far, and they still can not figure it out - months later.

I've never used Bellsouth, but i've heard very little good about them. After reading threads like this...it's no wonder why!
SHAME ON YOU BS!
