Default Bit of a problem

I am using a cable modem, however it will keep randomly dropping out at times, with no regular pattern.

I have checked all my computers, and hardware and they seem to be fine, but I am trying to avoid calling my company.

Any suggestions?

I suspect you are going to have to call your company on this one. What a hassle, to have to waste time with tech support, but maybe something is loose or something, and they need to fix it. Does it seem to be weather-related by any chance, like maybe related to the wind or rain?

My suggestion would be to do the very thing you've been avoiding. I don't really see any further alternatives for you. If everything seems to be okay on your end, then there has to be trouble somewhere in the line. Give them a call and get it over with. You'll be glad you did.
