I don't know a whole lot about internet speeds and all that, but I was wondering if a max download speed of 27220kbps and an upload of 3228kbps is any good for cable internet. I downloaded a program that tracks my speed through out the day and it averages about 25000kbps download and 2600kbps upload.

27220kbps is very fast.
Most providers offer service with between 1000 Kbps and 6000 Kbps bandwidth for downloads, and bandwidth between 128 Kbps and 768 Kbps for uploads. |

That's an extremely high download and upload for that matter. Are you positive that is the numbers you are getting or do you have 1 to many numbers? If that is the case then it sounds like you are running on an unfiltered network right now that isn't controlling your bandwidth. Enjoy it while it lasts because it's hard to imagine it staying that way for real long.
