Which Cable Service are you talking about? My current service? I would rate it 6/10. It goes down from time to time and makes me sad.

I'd rate RR a 9/10. Good service, pretty good reliability, but not perfect.

I'd give rr an eight out of ten. The fact that they made me go get my own modem when my other one crapped out puts them there.
