Today is March 30 2008.
I have been a customer since January of 06. Since March 13 2008 the cable internet has been deplorable. At that time there was some issue and repairs were needed and an outage occured for that day. After connectivity was restored download speeds have been between 700kbs and 200kbs while upload speeds have been 75kbs to 250kbs. After numerous calls and complaints and a waltz through level 1 to level 3 maintenance there still is no resolution on this matter. Using one of the various speed tester sites I am barely above dial-up speeds. TWC..get your act together and fix the issue in the Yuma, AZ area..this is really poor service and having it last this long is just bad business. Why am I paying full price for a 5.1Mps connection and getting only dial-up speeds with no fix in sight? "Ring ring" Hello Qwest ? Yeah, how you doin' ?
