What is the cheapest internet service in the U.S?

Alright, let's forget for a second that the only Cable provider in my area is Comcast. But what is the cheapest Cable provider you've seen ANYWHERE in the U.S? Hell, I don't care if you saw it in Hawaii or something. When I move, I wanna make sure my area has some good lowpriced Cable. Thanks!
