Has anyone ever used WOW? I guess it only covers Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. I used to live in Michigan and we had this cable internet provider. I honestly think it was the best service we've ever had. Wish they'd come here.

I had Wide Open West for awhile, but that's been quite awhile ago. We only had it for a short time and then Comcast took over that area. We've moved since then and now we have Time Warner. Honestly, all three have been pretty good companies in my opinion.

Smaller companies tend to care about customers more (because they need them), so its not suprising they had better service and customer support.

Sadly I have yet to try it out. I am happy with what I have now.

I had Wide Open West 3 or 4 years ago. I would agree they were a very good company. And very reliable. I remember the power went out in our neighborhood once and most of my neighbors had Americast. When the power finally came back up, I was the only one on the block who's cable was working. It was a huge blackout, lasted about a week. And Americast was out at least 3 more days after my cable came back.
