Charter UnHelp

Charter has purchased our inter-net provider, Covington Cable, and I cannot locate anyone at Charter to assist me in converting Charter email to Outlook Express. They provide basic instructions in their introduction letter but cannot and will not support Outlook Express. I can receive email but when sending email to anyone from my address book I receive the following message:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'plunketth@covcable.com'. Subject 'TEST', Account: 'Charter Email', Server: 'smtp.charter.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 you are not allowed to send mail to <plunketth@covcable.com>', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
Im believe the problem is in my settings but, again, I cannot find anyone at Charter to help in any way. Anybody else having this problem or ????

Mogua have blood-brother who have charter broadband. Other day I was on telephone line
with friend, and he have trouble with modem box. I call charter "help" number
so we can stay on line together and continue exercise on phone
together later. Charter "help" person try to tell blood-brother four or five times
name of file to type in to command line as part of procedure get help.
Charter Communication Medicine Man tongue very thick, and when I butt in and suggest
Charter person speak up, we are told "Oh, I caint's duz dat, dat be
'sturbin' tuh muh co-workers!"

Mogua no have broadband yet, but need it. Mogua never have
charter if charter last broadband provider in Mogua hunting grounds.

Mogua also tell charter communication no more snail-spam in Mogua
letter box. Continue to send and send--Mogua only wish charter communication
print snail-spam on soft paper like on roll in Mogua poop-lodge...
