Comcast Call Centers give the worst service!!!
I waited all day to have my cable,internet and phone service connected today, to find out that they rescheduled me without notifying me. I called customer service and had to go through more than seven representatives to be told this. They then told me that they could not send anyone out to connect these services for another week. Meanwhile I just moved and I have no phone or cable or internet for another week or who knows maybe I will have to find out again that they rescheduled for another week. I have tried several times to be transferred to a supervisor but they keep giving me the excuse that they are busy on another call. I even offered to wait to speak to one and they keep hanging up. I am so upset!!! I do not know what to do anymore with them. Can anyone please tell me if there is another phone number for them than the regular 1-800-Comcast???
