Default Does anyone else have trouble with Comcast?

I am really frustrated with Comcast at the moment. Evidently there is something wrong and they cannot fix the problem. My service has been spotty at best for over a week. This after getting ANOTHER problem fixed a month ago. I don't mean to be picky here but if I am paying for something I expect it to work. I have been told that I need another drop installed from the pedistal at the street and if that is the case then I would be happy to allow Comcast to do so under certain conditions. I have all three major services thru Comcast right now and all they do is make excuses.

So I am really tired of all of the excuses. Does anyone know who to contact to get results? I want me internet to work (along with ALL of the HD programming I am paying for).

Default Can't beat comcast

The one and only complaint I have ever had is the price $$$$$. Comcast in Boston,Ma (my area) never goes down, really. Oh maybe a couple times a year I have to "bootup" the Modem but my TV, Internet & Phone are really excellent. I HATE the cost, we do need compitition and thats the only way we can get the price down. I'm on a fixed income and its really getting to be cost prohibitive for me. I can't ever go back to dialup. I would go without a PC first...
Good luck to you all.
