How can this be? A resident blocks cable company from telephone pole work, he wants cable company to give free cable access for life and extensive tree work to boot! Does he have the right to deny the remaining residents on the street the ability to have equal cable and high speed internet access? What can I possibly do about it? Comcast says resident is holding up extention plans for more than a year!
Alternative - DSL?, Well, Verizon says no future plans for my area... Hughes Net way out of my budget... MattB Greenville, NH |

Other than going to talk to the person so dead set against the service being ran unless his demands are met I doubt these's much you can do.
You might try calling the local utility company to get their thoughts and ideas? Keep us posted on how it goes. I'd like to know the outcome. |

This guy sounds like a complete jerk.
Although I have no love for Comcast, how can somebody deny others their service like that? |
