Its been over three weeks and 2 techs that came out and over 100 hrs. on the phone w/techs and still have low speed and ridiculus latency problems ! First they said it was my modem, tried another modem just to humor them. Still same thing ! Here are few test results:
The last tech that came out said it was programming ! He spent over 3hrs calling comcast trying to find someone to fix problem, No LUCK !
I'm at my last straw, havn't been able to play online games for almost a month !
Any suggestions ?
