The setup software seems to be really temperamental. Usually it takes MANY tries and re-tries to get things to actually finish.What would happen is it would fail to detect my cable connection or drivers somehow. Not sure if this is just me, but i've had this problem on 3 different computers.Once the software finishes however, everything goes very smoothly. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

No kidding huh? Well, i've never had too many problems with it or any other aspect of Comcast. Either way, I DO believe you. Maybe it's just because of your computers, or some sort of complication or conflicts between programs?

Yeah, I really dunno what it is either. All the folks around here told me the same thing "no problems"
so it might just be some rare thing. Of course i'm sure at least a few other folks must have some troubles like this. Either way, I shouldn't even be caring. Things are working fine right now. The installation can be a hell is all. |
