AT&T high speed internet savings? So AT&T is offering high speed internet for $12.99 a month with a 1 year contract which comes to $155.88 a year. DSLdealfinder.com is offering the same AT&T high speed internet service for $16.99 a month with a $60 rebate which makes it cheaper ($143.88).
Does anyone know if there any installation/setup fees which make one the better value over the other? Thank you in advance! |

Actually, dsldealfinder appears to be offering AT&T high speed internet service for $14.99/mo so you actually get 2-3 months of 'free' service if you look at it that way by ordering through the deal site. BTW think it is a Visa gift card and not an actual rebate (if that matters). Not sure about setup fees and that type of thing. Hope this helps.

I was looking around at cable internet providers because thats what a friend of mine has. But after seeing some of the prices, I thought maybe DSL might be better for me. Are the prices I've seen in this thread a pretty accurate range for DSL service?

Depends on the speed of the DSL you are getting. And one more thing is that there service must be on top priority. Even though you have high-speed internet but is always disconnected then its no use to have a fast internet.
