Default Internet

How much time do you spend at a computer in a week, in a day, do you even leave the chair sometimes? I'm curious, add it up. I want to get an idea of what people are spending their time doing.

In a day I can think about maybe 80% of my work time is on a computer, either email with clients/IM sessions/etc. I sometimes get to enjoy it for personal use, sometimes.

On week days I spend around 4-5 hours on the net ,mostly during evening and nights. On weekends ,if I am at home ,I stay online for more than 8 hours and if I am working ,then I lose track of time.Basically,I have spread myself over so many sites that it's impossible to be in the loop if I cut down on my internet hours.

After school, I go immediately infront of the computer, that's around 4PM. Then I will be there until 12AM. After waking up in the morning, I immediately open my monitor for checking of emails at around 5AM until 7AM. So that's around 10 hours in the weekend. Wow, I never imagine that its that long I stay in my computer everyday. And when I open my computer, its usually online things that I do.

Yeah,it'd probably surprise most of us if we were to count the hours we spend online. If someone was assigning points that could be redeemed for cash prize for staying on internet ,then forbes would have to work overtime to keep up to date with the number of millionaires it would create.

I don't know how I could live without the internet. When my PC is broken, I would eventually go look for an internet cafe in order for me to surf and check emails. First thing in the morning, my eyes will see the emails instead of the morning sky. And the last thing that my eyes will see at night will be those same websites and forums that I am surfing.

Ok so about how many hours, its random but at least I can assume 8 hours connected online.

I have never been without my machine for more than a day - and that was a very hard day indeed! Has anyone noticed, the less time we spendin front of the TV, has now been replaced with the computer?
