Online videos and internet speed

Does anyone else spend long hours watching online videos ? When my connection was troubling me ,the videos would pause every 2-3 seconds and start buffering.That was irritating and I had literally given up trying to watch videos when online.Even the downloads were painfully slow , but now that I have a connection I love , I watch too many videos and even before I realize ,I end up downloading around 200 mb on average per day.While the videos are informative and enjoyable ,it's costing me more money Now with a slower connection I didn't have to worry about that.If only there was a way to curb that...
