They say turning off SSID broadcasting will not deter hackers, but it WILL deter nosy neighbours who'd rather steal your internet.
How many of you live in a neighbour hood full of hackers, anyway? Most people here don't own a business that would have a reason to be hacked. |

Yea, but other people using your network for internet still takes away the bandwith you pay for. And when you own a small buisness, every cent counts.
