Today I had some trouble getting online. I recycled my Westell modem, but when I did, the ready light just kept flashing, wouldn't go solid green, which would have indicated that I was back online. What could cause that? After maybe 15 minutes, it finally settled down to a solid light, and I could get online.

Could be a lot of things. If it's DSL, phonelines could be whack, if it's cable it could be the company. Or a problem with the modem.
usuually if it's a problems with the lines your send/receive lights would be the one flashing, so my guess it's a hard ware problem. |

Hmmm, there was a phone company truck working out back in my alley, so I wonder if they temporarily messed something up while they were working? Or maybe my modem is getting old. We've had it for quite a while. Anyhow, thanks for the quick response, JohnnyT!
