Default Accessing email after user switch

Hi! I don't know if this is the right forum - this is my first post. The problem is that email works fine until I switch users. I am using Windows XP, and we have two user accounts set up. When I logoff and logon the other users, I get the message: "cannot connect to server pop.nmkt.phub.net.cable.rogers.com". Restarting the machine corrects this. This problem only started a couple of days ago. Help would be appreciated.

PS This has now been changed to pop.broadband.rogers.com, but the problem is unchanged.

Can you get any kind of Internet access when switching to another user?

Hi Roody, It turned out to be a Norton problem, as a number of people had suggested. They upgraded me to NIS 7.3, and I think the problem has gone away (I hope for good!). Thanks anyway.
