Default Turn OFF wireless

I'm giong to be going on vacation, and i don't want to unplug my router (lots of settings and such), plus i'm going to leave AIM open an send pictures back

Is there a way to turn wireless off so i'm SURE no one can use/see it?

You could just unhook the cables that connect to the internet, and leave the power on. In my opinion, since you aren't using it and are paying for it, go ahead and let hitchhiker's have it while you are gone (get your money's worth). But I understand your concern.

You can also go into the router's settings and disable wireless connectivity. However, don't forget to turn it back on!

i suppose you just disable the connection and then connect again. That's fine.
