Default What questions
Should I ask for when I am shopping for a new internet place? I am not that tech savvy and I want something better than Bellsouth, but I have no idea what exactly I should be asking, besides the price. Can someone advise me? Thanks!

There FAP, if any.
Common latency.
Average Upload Speeds.
Average Download speeds.

I can't really think of anything else.

Any awards (Customer Satisifaction, etc)

Okay then, here is my next questions: What is "FAP"? New to all of this still, know some of the terms, but definitely not that one. Thanks! Need all the help I can get sometimes.
