Guess I should introduce myself

My name is Denise, and I use Verizon DSL. We have a wireless network (Linksys), because we run a pc and two laptops on our connection almost every evening. We've had a few crashes recently, so I think this forum might be a good place to educate myself about broadband and see if I can learn some tricks to eliminate the hassles.
