Hi! I am thebowl, also known as John. As of right now, I am using Verizon for all my broadband needs. However, I am VERY unhappy with their customer service, which is tempting me to switch to another service. Anyways, enough about me!

Welcome to the forums John! How fast is verizon's service? (There is a tester on the top of this page)

And how often do you need their customer support?

Right now, it is around 300 something. My speeds keep getting slower and slower, and the customer support is just awful.
