whats up? im currently sitting in my cubicle..waiting for a call. works slow at this hour. I do tech support for At&t, im a tier two rep, if our first level of outsorced techs cant fix ur DSL (now known as HSI-high speed internet)....they transfer you to us! figured while im not fixing peoples connections or emails or w/e i could help ya'll out with Any questions regaurding at&t, ill be more than welcome to help.
im not a genius or anything. hehe. but i went to school for networking..and ive been here at at&t for almost two years now..so i know there system front and back
