Never heard of this one

I've never heard of Packet8, are they a reliable service? I guess when I think of VoIP, the first thing that comes to mind is Vonage (probably because the woo hoo commercials are forever embedded deep in my brain) and I tend to forget all the other ones out there. I'd love more information about this one if anybody knows. I'm always interested in services that are less expensive than services I currently have.

They're not bad, but customer service stinks, tech support is "OK";
If you want reliability, try Vonage.
