I'm thrilled with the price, and the convenience of having cable, internet, and telephone all on one single bill. But once in awhile there is an echo in the phone line. It doesn't seem to be happening as often as it did in the beginning so maybe they are working out the bugs, but at first it was extremely annoying. That's my only complaint so far, and it's the only thing thats keeping me from being completely satisfied with the service. Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem or just a bit of bad luck on my end?

I started to do the package deal. Got to thinking about having all three services on on bill and decided against it.
For people who live on a fixed income this kind of deal could back fire on them. If they can't pay the total bill all services are turned off. Living on a fixed income myself I didn't see any real advantages in going with the package. |

An echo on the phone? That sounds odd. My phones sound reverby becuase they're AT&T, but an echo that must be insane...
What service is giving the package, and has anyone else with the same package have the same problem? |

It's Time Warner Road Runner. And it's been very annoying. But it seems to be happening a lot less, and generally it's on the oldest of the phones we have. I'm wondering if just updating all the phones would help. But it didn't happen until we switched to this phone service. We just bought one brand new phone a couple of months ago and there seems to be no echo in that one. It's just weird.

Dunno if its true, but older phones could have problems with with the digital line. Kinda talking out my ass, but it could be something like digital/analog troubles, thus explaining the lack of echo on the new phone.
