How so?

I mean, some months the flat rate looks pretty tempting in comparison to our phone bill, some months it doesn't. And with cell phones, land lines go neglected more often ( I know a bunch of people without land lines now).

And from the few calls I've made on digital phone, I haven't seen any real reason to switch over, other than that if I get digital phone, my digital cable and rr get slightly cheaper.
