How do I upgrade my Email from Adelphia to Roadrunner?? Pls help

Hi there, I'm trying to upgrade my Email from Adelphia to a new Roadrunner email address, however the same name I had on adelphia is taken for Roadrunner (ex blahblah@adelphia.net is mine, blahblah@roadrunner.com is already taken) so I need to create a new one. How do I do this? After spending almost an hour on hold the Time Warner guy said I could do it by logging into my current email but I can't find any link to do this... Can anyone help? Please?
