Pros:
pretty reliable
fast service
easy to install

cons:
customer service kinda whack
made my drive to pick up my own replacement modem

Pros:
reliable
fast

Cons:
Make you go though this long drawn out routine if you report an outage. If you're using a router, you have to disconnect all that and run the wire directly to the computer. Some of us don't have easy access connections. They always think it's the router's fault. Even if you and 10 neighbors all have no cable.

I also had to drive to their office to pick up a replacement modem.

Has anyone found any websites that look to be filtered from RR?

Pros:

When it works, it does so OK. Not nearly as fast as advertised though.

Cons:

Very intermittant service.

At times it is slower than my dialup connection.

Customer service is terrible.

The "24 hour" cutomer service number is an answering service when you most need it. You MAY get a call back in three days if lucky.

Just Google "TW problems".

Ouch. That certainly doesn't sound good. Do they at least have a click to chat feature? I guess that doesn't do much good if you are having major connectivity issues..
