I already have cable, and I have been thinking of changing companies. My local company is not cutting it at all. It seems like they know nothing about Cable Internet at all. So what I am wanting to know is how was the installation process and is customer service good? These are two big problems I have had. Thanks for the help.

In my case a RR tech came out and did all the installation including setting up the e-mail service.
The very few times I've had to call customer serives they were great. |
